Welcome to Ham Education in Hawai`i. Our goal is to assist those wishing to obtain their Federal Communications Commission issued Amateur (Ham) Radio License. We are based in the great 808 and the local time zone, HST (GMT -10). Are you tired of dealing with East Coast time zones for training waking up at 3am? We do classes and exams in local time zone here in Hawai`i. We offer Technician and General license classes. We have conducted 35 classes since 2015, serving in excess of 350 students as of end of 2023. The running average of Technicians passing, for those who attempted the exam is 90%.
